ReadySeller Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 5, 2026
Brand Identity: ReadySeller by Cuiduc-Studio
At ReadySeller by Cuiduc-Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of our global users ("you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and process your data when you access our platform, software, and services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect minimal personal and technical data strictly necessary to operate and secure our automated service platform.
- Account Identifiers: When you sign in, we process your Google account identifier and verified email address, as described below, to create and manage your account. We do not receive your Google password.
- Google Sign-In: To use the Service, whether free or paid, you sign in with your Google account. We verify the ID token issued by Google and store only your Google account identifier, your verified email address, a randomly generated public ID, the date your account was created, and, for the free version, your free-credit balance and monthly share count. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not store your name or profile picture.
- Paid Plan Records: If you buy a paid plan, we store, linked to your Google account, your plan type, its status and expiry date, and the customer ID assigned by our payment partner. To limit account sharing, a paid plan can be used on a limited number of registered browsers. For each registered browser we store a one-way fingerprint (hash) of a random identifier kept in a cookie in that browser, the registration date and the date it was last used. We also record the date and time of each upscale request made with a paid plan (the images themselves are not recorded in this log). Paid plans use credits: for each purchase or renewal we record the amount of credits granted, the amount remaining and the expiry date, and for each use of credits (an upscale or an SEO text generation) we record the type, the amount and the time, so that unused credits can be returned if a process fails or is cancelled.
- Feedback: If you submit feedback, we store the message you write, the category you choose, and your random public ID (not your email address). This applies to both free and paid users.
- Referral Records: If you join through a referral link (
?ref=) or invite others with yours, we record the random public IDs of the two accounts, the status (visited, rewarded or converted to paid) and the date. We do not record any other personal details about the other person. - Shared-Post Keys: When you claim a free credit by sharing a post, we store a key that identifies that post (the service name and post ID, or a normalized form of its URL) so that the same post cannot be used more than once. This key is linked to your account until you delete it (see Section 4).
- Usage and System Identifiers: We may collect basic operational log data, such as IP address and session metadata, required to secure your account and prevent fraudulent access. For the feedback form, we do not store your IP address; we keep only a one-way fingerprint of the IP address combined with the current date, for rate limiting, and it is automatically deleted after one day.
- Payment Data: All financial transactions, subscriptions, and billing data are directly handled by our authorized payment processing partners. We do not store or directly process your full credit card details or payment credentials on our servers.
2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
We use your information solely for the following business operations:
- Providing, executing, and delivering our software functions and user dashboard features.
- Authenticating your login access and securing our infrastructure against unauthorized activity.
- Processing subscription statuses and verifying user accounts through our payment processing partners.
3. Data Protection and Third-Party Services
We believe in a transparent, distraction-free software environment.
- Essential Protection Only: We strictly limit our use of web technologies to what is absolutely necessary to securely log you into your account and protect your active session. When you sign in we set one signed, HttpOnly session cookie (valid for 30 days or until you log out) to keep you signed in. If you use a paid plan, we also set one HttpOnly cookie that identifies the registered browser (valid for up to 400 days and sent only to the paid-version paths of this site). Your free-credit balance is managed on our server, not in your browser. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking tools or third-party advertising cookies.
- Google: The sign-in button is provided by Google Identity Services, loaded from Google's servers. When it loads, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details, under Google's own privacy policy. We use the sign-in only to authenticate you.
- Third-Party Infrastructure and APIs: To deliver our services, we route data through secure, high-integrity serverless environments and trusted API infrastructure. Your uploaded assets and processing requests are transmitted solely to execute requested user actions and maintain service features.
- Social Share Verification: When you submit the URL of a public social media post to claim free credits, our server sends that URL to the relevant platform's public API or embed service (for example X, Bluesky, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Mastodon, Misskey or Telegram) solely to check whether the post contains a link to this service. Some platforms (for example Instagram and TikTok) are checked through third-party verification services, and the URL you submit is sent to them for that purpose. We do not store the post content or the submitted URL itself; we store only the post key described in Section 1 to prevent reuse.
4. On-Demand Data Control and User Responsibility
Our platform features 100% self-service infrastructure designed to give you immediate, active control over your data privacy and assets.
- On-Demand Data Export: You have the right to review and access your stored personal information and account identifiers at any time. You can instantly download a structured copy of your data using the "Export Data" control within your account settings. The export includes your email, public ID, credit balance, this month's share count, paid plan type, status and dates, registered browsers, upscale request log, feedback, referral records and the shared-post keys you have used. This action is executed automatically by the system.
- On-Demand Immediate Erasure: Your account profile, email identifiers, and system preferences remain active under your credentials until you actively choose to remove them. If you decide to close your account and remove your digital footprint, you can execute this directly using the "Delete Account" button in your settings. Triggering this button executes an immediate, permanent erasure of your account data from our active databases. This deletes your email, Google account identifier, public ID, credit balance, paid plan record, paid credit records, registered-browser records, upscale request log, feedback and referral records, and signs you out. If you have an active monthly subscription, you must first cancel it with the payment provider before you can delete your account. The shared-post keys are not deleted: they are disconnected from your account (relabeled as deleted) and kept solely so that the same posts cannot be used again to claim credits. Because your account and balance are erased, signing in again with the same Google account creates a new account.
- Retention Policy: We do not guarantee fixed data retention periods nor automatically purge inactive user data. Users are encouraged to utilize the self-service dashboard tools to export or permanently erase their data as needed.
5. Global Data Transfers
Because ReadySeller operates globally, your information may be processed on secure servers located outside your home country or jurisdiction. By accessing our platform, you consent to the transfer and secure handling of your data in alignment with this Privacy Policy and international data security standards.
6. Updates to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect software enhancements, regulatory updates, or operational changes. The latest version will always be accessible directly on our platform with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
7. Official Inquiries and Operational Boundaries
- Automated Self-Service for Instant Execution: To ensure maximum convenience and zero-delay processing, all data portability, account configuration, and data erasure controls are 100% automated directly through your user dashboard. Users can instantly export or permanently delete their data at any time without waiting for manual email processing or administrative delays.
- Official and Legal Notices: For official regulatory compliance notices or verified legal inquiries only, you may contact our formal communication channel at
